Every­thing was great with the move! Gene, my dri­ver was fan­tas­tic. The pack­ers, load­ers, and unload­ers were great in Dal­las and Grand Rapids. Every­body was cor­dial and effi­cient. Every­thing seemed to be packed with care by peo­ple who have done this before. The team also asked if I had any­thing that was of par­tic­u­lar con­cern when they arrived and they took extra care and pre­cau­tion on these objects; both in pack­ing and in truck loca­tion. I also had 2 large gun safes moved. This has been a hor­ren­dous expe­ri­ence in the past even with pri­or explic­it and detailed warn­ing of these safes and their size. This time around the team was pre­pared, for­mu­lat­ed a plan pri­or to mov­ing them, and exe­cut­ed with­out issue. It was both effi­cient and safe for both the movers and my gun safes. The irre­place­able pic­tures I had crat­ed also worked out great. Those guys were fan­tas­tic as well on both ends. Every­body has been on time. Com­mu­ni­ca­tion from my rep­re­sen­ta­tive, Kristi, was above and beyond any oth­er mov­ing expe­ri­ence that I have had. Hav­ing the same dri­ver through­out was also great and made coor­di­na­tion easy. I also feel that it helps with over­all care of the deliv­ery hav­ing one per­son with your house­hold goods for the dura­tion of the move. Over­all I have been very pleased. This has been one of the best mov­ing expe­ri­ences that I have had and I’ve moved 7 times in the pre­vi­ous 11 years with the mil­i­tary and var­i­ous job relo­ca­tion requirements.
