Milton M. Hill Quality Award

The Powell Relocation Group Grand Rapids Location has been the recipient of the Milton M. Hill Award, the highest quality award bestowed by Atlas® Van Lines, for 20 consecutive years. This esteemed award represents our superior customer satisfaction performance and our high standards for safety and warehouse operations.

Atlas® World-Class Commitment Award

Every quarter, we have 12 critical areas of our business assessed by Atlas®, including customer experience, accuracy of estimates, and claims experience. To receive the Atlas World-Class Commitment Award, we must demonstrate excellence in performance and customer satisfaction.

Atlas® Hauling Excellence Award

Each year since 1985, Powell Relocation Group has been recognized with the Atlas® Hauling Excellence Award for handling a high volume of household goods while maintaining excellence in our operations. We must receive at least a 90 percent favorable response when customers are asked if they would use us again.

Atlas® Superior Packing Award

Since 1985, Powell Relocation Group has been a Superior Packing Award winner for providing care for customers’ belongings with an exceptionally low incidence of claims.

Platinum Award

We’re the only mover to receive the Platinum Award from a major relocation company for the last 13 consecutive years. This award recognizes domestic household goods moving companies that provide superior relocation services to customers and clients for 12 months while maintaining a minimum of 95% overall satisfaction.
