The Pow­ell Relo­ca­tion Group Grand Rapids Loca­tion has been the recip­i­ent of the Mil­ton M. Hill Award, the high­est qual­i­ty award bestowed by Atlas® Van Lines, for 20 con­sec­u­tive years. This esteemed award rep­re­sents our supe­ri­or cus­tomer sat­is­fac­tion per­for­mance and our high stan­dards for safe­ty and ware­house operations.

Atlas® World-Class Commitment Award

Every quar­ter, we have 12 crit­i­cal areas of our busi­ness assessed by Atlas®, includ­ing cus­tomer expe­ri­ence, accu­ra­cy of esti­mates, and claims expe­ri­ence. To receive the Atlas World-Class Com­mit­ment Award, we must demon­strate excel­lence in per­for­mance and cus­tomer satisfaction.

Atlas® Hauling Excellence Award

Each year since 1985, Pow­ell Relo­ca­tion Group has been rec­og­nized with the Atlas® Haul­ing Excel­lence Award for han­dling a high vol­ume of house­hold goods while main­tain­ing excel­lence in our oper­a­tions. We must receive at least a 90 per­cent favor­able response when cus­tomers are asked if they would use us again.

Atlas® Superior Packing Award

Since 1985, Pow­ell Relo­ca­tion Group has been a Supe­ri­or Pack­ing Award win­ner for pro­vid­ing care for cus­tomers’ belong­ings with an excep­tion­al­ly low inci­dence of claims.

Platinum Award

We’re the only mover to receive the Plat­inum Award from a major relo­ca­tion com­pa­ny for the last 13 con­sec­u­tive years. This award rec­og­nizes domes­tic house­hold goods mov­ing com­pa­nies that pro­vide supe­ri­or relo­ca­tion ser­vices to cus­tomers and clients for 12 months while main­tain­ing a min­i­mum of 95% over­all satisfaction.

Pow­ell Relo­ca­tion Group is a Pro­Mover®, cer­ti­fied by the Amer­i­can Truck­ing Asso­ci­a­tion. This cer­ti­fi­ca­tion is a mark of depend­abil­i­ty, eth­i­cal oper­a­tion, and qual­i­ty. We not only meet the stan­dards to receive this cer­ti­fi­ca­tion, but sur­pass them.
