Despite the logistical challenges that we experienced prior to our move, our overall experience was excellent due to the hard work of Angelina D., our move coordinator, and Melvin K., our van operator. Angelina worked hard to try to provide us our desired driver on our desired day, and she went above and beyond the call of duty to try to accomplish this—she frequently texted, emailed, and called us outside of business hours. Despite her efforts, we did not get our desired driver. However, we were thrilled with Mel. He was timely, professional, friendly, organized, meticulous, and treated our household goods with great respect. When he unloaded our household goods, he was very thoughtful and meticulous about their placement. I cannot begin to express how much this helped ease the anxiety of a big move and how much easier this made our unpacking process. Because of the efforts of Angelina and Mel, we will use Powell Relocation Group for our next move, and we will recommend them to all of our friends and family.
